Nonetheless, at my 'senior' age my operative word is acceptance because in the end it all works out as it should. That understanding and acceptance provides me a peaceful mind. This was such an amazing video for me. 35 years ago I had an encounter with Ram Das where I perceived that he hurt my feelings. I have carried that throughout the years and every time I hear about Ram Das, I get snarky thoughts. For me the way to resolve, my stinking thinking, is the four questions and the turnaround of Byron Katie. I stopped your video in the middle, and answered the questions for myself. “If he were really spiritual, he wouldn’t have said/done that.” I came up with the fact that it happened for me- not against me. And that it was my ego Masquerading as spirituality. Thank you, David you are the best! I get so much from everything you share.❤❤❤❤❤
